Booking is not essential but highly recommended to avoid disappointment!

Just a heads-up: our pottery usually takes 14 working days to finish, so keep that in mind if you need it by a certain date, turn-around times can be longer at very busy times!

Also, sometimes we have unplanned closures or training days that are out of our control. We’ll always post updates on our Facebook page (link below) or in the “News” section on our website. If you’re coming from far away, please double-check we’re open before you head out! Google might not always have the latest info.

Collections: Starting Sunday 1st March 2026, we will no longer send text notifications when your pottery is ready. Instead, we’ll remind you at checkout that your pieces will be available for collection anytime after 14 days from your painting date. We will still text you for express orders or if there is an issue with your order.

Receipt Photo: We’ll be asking you to take a photo of your receipt at the time of purchase. This will help speed up the collection process, as many customers have difficulty locating their receipts or remembering the name under which the order was placed.

Collection Timeframe: Your orders will still be kept for four months, but we encourage you to collect your pottery as soon as possible after the 14-day period.

Checking Order Status: No need to call us to check if your order is ready; just come along after the 14 days!

Please note… Unfinished pottery will no longer be stored at the studio, sorry but we’re running out of room! Moving forward we’ll carefully wrap your piece and provide you with a bag and paperwork to take it home. You can return another day to finish it (no time restrictions). To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you re-book your finishing session during quieter times, such as term-time weekdays. While we do allow finishing during busier periods, a £5 studio fee per person will apply for each return visit. Booking during off-peak times is the best way to avoid this fee.

Mother’s Day 2026 – Friday 6th March

Easter 2026 – Friday 27th March

Father’s Day 2026 – Friday 12th June

Halloween 2026 – Sunday 18th October

Christmas Commissions & Writing Requests – Thursday 10th December

Christmas 2026 – Sunday 13th December

For all personal events you are painting gifts for please allow our normal turn around times as stated above.

December 24th (Christmas Eve) 10am – 2pm

December 25th & 26th (Christmas Day & Boxing Day) CLOSED

December 27th – 31st 10am – 2pm

January 1st (New Years Day) CLOSED

From Saturday 2nd January back to our normal hours as above!
